We had reverse osmosis system put in several months ago. Great customer service then to get it done, determine payment plan, dates, etc. Once installed, Joe Water was more than willing to come out and explain in detail and show us how to change filter and all. Another great customer service experience! Just yesterday, our water pressure was low, then absolutely no water this morning. Huge issue, you can imagine waking up to in the morning! Called Joe, unfortunately they were booked solid for the day. They said for sure we be there at 8am next morning and was very sympathic to understand we were in a bind and they could not help us today. To a great surprise, the technician ended last job site early, and came out to us!!! Fixed it!! We had water!!! What a simple thing like running water, we take for granted everyday Thank you Joe Water!! You guys are amazing and turned my day around!!
