Roof looks ok, but cant dispose of the trash correctly. Scraped the side of my truck horribly with roof debris. I asked who may or may not have done it. None of them spoke English. They could hit on my wife in English though. I sent the video to my insurance.

The girls there are so nice.very professional. They replaced our roof in one day which was great.after they were done they ran our small tree over along with statues under it.tried to cover it up by standing it up and smashing the dirt and mulch down so it would stand up.and tried to cover the statues up.nails all in driveway.our driveway was a mess.they broke other yard deco in back yard.alex came out talked to my husband and said our tree would live. No sorry about it.told him about nails in driveway nothing.statues that were ran over and broke.no apology just an argument that he gave us a good price on roof that should cover it.ive been in business for 30yrs.and a customer has a complaint you try and make them happy.no argument.but I've always said karma will catch up to you.we will see how long the roof last.alex also told my husband he gave us such a great deal and should have charged us for dumping our gutters.but said he wouldnt.then when my husband talked him on the phone that he would bring our torn down gutters back and put them in the driveway. I could go on and on.but if your thinking of a roof I would pay the extra for someone else to do before I would have this company do anything.couldnt emagine how they treat their roofers they bust their butts to get it done.amen to them.i wouldn't doubt that they had friends leave such great reviews. Edited 2/25/23 - Sunny state roofing did a excellent job on my roof, they meet their schedule to a T. I received quotes from 7 local roofing companies. Sunny state had the best price and upon comparison with the other quotes It was clear I'd be getting plenty of value for my dollar. Being in the construction business myself I can highly recommend Sunny state roofing.///// update 2/25/23 I am still pleased with their initial roofing job quality & price but since Hurricane IAN I must say i'm not pleased with the way they dealt with me, It turns out that a squirrel had gnawed on a small section of roof which allowed for minor leakage during the Hurricane, I called & emailed Sunny state to inspect my roof, they gave me a date to inspect but kept delaying and giving me reasons why everyone else's roof was a priority over mine. They eventually came to inspect 3 months later after several calls & emails, they inspected and said there is about 3k worth of damage but couldn't provide an estimate in writing or photos of the damage, they said they'd eventually provide a writin estimate but to date have not. Instead of waiting endlessly we had a competitor give an estimate in writing for 750.00, prompt estimation and repair. I can understand Sunny State chasing the bigger hurricane money but if you say your coming to estimate do it when you say you will and put it in writing, If our business and recommendation don't mean much people should know about your poor follow up business practices, Our home mean much to us and we don't want water or rodents coming in, glad we found someone else who care as much as we do. Thank you Billy! It was a pleasure doing business with you!Edited reply: yes, we prioritized roofs- we tried to take care of the repairs with most damage and had bad active leaks caused by IAN. I also replied to all your emails. You stated you had no active leak and wanted an inspection. When Alex came out, he gave you a verbal quote to repair the 5 damaged lead boots caused by the squirrel chewing. You wanted him to state in writing that it was hurricane damage so you can make an insurance claim. He said he would cannot do that, its fraud and that is why he did not send you anything in writing. We try to help all our customers, but we do not make false claims for insurances.
