Jerry came out to give me an estimate for changing out our lighting to LED & I am Impressed!! As a business, we have to get more than one estimate for a job & I have to say that Jerry really impressed me with his suggestions for getting the work done in the most cost effective way. And he is the only one who asked for the buildings plans! I give them 5 stars!!

Called him, he was extremely rude, told me i am to busy i dont want your work....my goodness, what a horrible way to run a business. **** TO ANSWER THE COMMENT FROM THE OWNER **** Before they update their review, just to show you, i have took a SCREENSHOT of the review on how it is today February 26, 2018. Look how they lie. You very well know who I am, and you know you were very rude, perhaps you had a bad day, I do not know, but that is no way to run a business. Do not come here telling everyone this is a fake review, the only thing fake here is you and your lies. So now we know 2 things about your business: 1) You scream and rage at your clients 2) You LIE! Look at your comment (before you modify it, in my screenshot attached) you first claim you do not know who I am, and then you apologize for being rude because you are too busy. LOL, which is it? Lie! I suggest clients stay away from this establishment, unless you want to be treated like a dog. Actually, i tread my dog better than they treated me. Sad, but true.

We have a home warranty company. So when our electrical system went down last fall, the warranty company sent Encore Electric to fix it. The electrician drove here to Fruitland Park from Ocala, collected his $80 service charge, and then declared that he didn’t want to do the repairs because it was too far of a drive for him. He didn’t have any problem driving that far to get a quick buck at our expense but was too put out to actually do the job he had agreed to take. We had to get the warranty company to send a different electrician who charged ANOTHER $80, but who actually did the repairs. So just be aware that this guy apparently only takes the close, easy jobs. Though it sounds like he actually does a good job when he decides to work. Good luck! Edit: Apparently Sam Berk who posted an earlier Google review had a similar experience five months ago. Edit 2, in response to the owner's post below: You came over on September 10th. You said you had had another service call in The Villages, so it wasn't that far out of the way that day. The outlet that our dryer was plugged into sparked and then shorted out the fuse box. You said the fuse box and the dryer's outlet needed to be replaced. However, you said this was too big of a job that was too far away, so you didn't want to take it. You did, however, take the $80 check and left. You knew how far away the job was when the home warranty company offered it to you. You also knew what problems we were having, based on our claim description. Next time, please just refuse the job if it is too complicated and too far away. That way you don't waste your time and the client's time and money. Thank you.
