If I could give a negative star, I would. I had a scheduled first appointment (7:30 - 8:00) on Friday June 24. Received a call at 7:15 am and was told they probably wouldn't be there until after 10:00 am. The appointment was rescheduled to Monday June 27th, first appointment again (7:30-8:00). I received a phone call at 8:05 to say there will be there in about 45 min to an hour. I guess they think everyone can wait around for them. Maybe I should charge them for the time I missed at work. Needless to say I won't be using them. Service: Toilet repair
