Parts department is top notch. Ray behind the counter and Leroy are an asset to your company. They know the parts and make coming there for parts very easy. Our parts rep from your company is Renee, she goes above and over for the customers. If we have any problem with parts it takes one phone call to Renee or Mike the parts manager and some how they always find parts that other companies can't. I met the new manager of the Ocala store Ron. Very customer friendly and was very impressed by his knowledge in the business. Dennis the shop Forman is very professional and when ever we have something in our shop that we have a problem with Dennis has always been a great help. Tracy our truck sales person always , when we need more trucks no matter where she has to get them they are always the same as our fleet Ocala store is by far one of the best places to do business whether to buy trucks, get parts or get service. New owners same service. Again great personal.
