If it were possible to give negative starts I would. The pharmacy is the rudest and most unprofessional. Limited staff mean wait times beyond reasonable. Moving pharmacys as soon as I walk out of this store

CVS will no longer fill my Doctors Proscription. They want to fill it there way not what the Doctor proscribed. Looks like its time to change to another provider. I am sure I am not the only one.

I have used this pharmacy for years but for a while now, the service's gone down hill. Several of my electronic prescriptions dont go through and appear as on hold. I always call but as of about a year, I'm never able to speak to someone at the pharmacy. I work for a very big company that uses Aetna as our healthcare provider and since cvs is the same, we are encourage to use cvs for our prescriptions and for the best savings. So, with that being said, what's the point of electronic prescriptions if you end up going to the pharmacy anyways and have to come back for pick up. On my last visit, the clerk at the drive through was somewhat snappy when I mentioned that every time I called, i end up at the voicemail. She said that that's just for doctors and when I explained that it's the system that takes me to the voicemail and that ask for customer's information, she said with a rude tone, it's ok sir. It's not ok! I have to drive to fill my prescription every time? I walked in and asked to speak to the pharmacist which had about the same attitude when I brought up the issue. When I asked if they are overloaded, and if they suggested to go to the one in lee viste, he said to do whatever I want...like if I didn't know that. Then spoke with the store manager and he suggested that I pay for a premium service that allows me to get in touch with someone every time I call. If it wasn't because they are the preferred pharmacy by our health insurance, I would go to publix pharmacy or even Walgreens. The bad attitude certainly uncalled for....
