Great service and Anna made sure to call me and set my expectations due to the pandemic the flowers, and vases that were on the page may not be available. But she delivered a beautiful arrangement. This place is Amazing!!!!! I shopped florists costs locally to support local vs like a pro flowers. I also checked other florists sites in the area and although this business has lessor Of the ratings I took a shot because they had more of a variety. The delivered local for free and their prices were the most competitive and I'm glad I took the chance the flowers were better than expected and delivered in good form. Fresh. Beautiful. Tasteful and on time. I will definitely use them again. I love great seamless service... thank you!!

This has got to be the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The owner is so extremely rude, was yelling at me and talking over me simply because I told her that what was delivered was not what I ordered based on the pictures and the vase was not like the one I ordered and that I could have gone and bought everything and made it myself. These flowers were for my mother in law who today is the 10 year anniversary of my father in laws death and you know what she wants to go out and say ? "I'm sending my driver to go pick up the flowers and give you a refund, I'd rather give the arrangement to my neighbor" when I never asked for a refund, any kind of compensation NOTHING. Literally texted her my feedback because I don't personally like posting negative reviews when I can simply speak to the person in charge. Clearly not the way to go about it with her. I kept telling her not to go to pick up the flowers because I never asked her to do that in the first place, and had to actually tell her I would call the police if she showed up to the house because she insists and harassing me about picking them up to give to her neighbor. Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service.

A friend of mine recently had surgery and I wanted to send her flowers. I live in Texas and didn't want to send flowers from the big box companies. After searching online for local florists in Orlando, I found Anna's and I'm so glad that I choose her. The picture of the flowers I ordered online were exactly what my friend received. Plus the note was handwritten! What a personable touch! I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

Ann was wonderful.  I needed to send flowers to a Memorial Service at Holy Cross in 2 days.  I called her shop left a message and ordered online.  She called me back within an hour.  We made the arrangements, she delivered the flowers on time, sent me a picture and all went smoothly.
