        Had an exceptional stay at the Spring Hill Resort, Alan I believe was one of the managers and Joel went out of his their way to make sure we were well taken care. The shuttle driver's Behavior on 3/17 was unsafe and impatient as he continuously honked his horn at a driver who would not make an unsafe turn so that the shuttle driver could hurry on his way. We were taken aback at his unsafe actions and attitudes while driving and talking on his phone. We rarely find it necessary to say negative things unless it stands out and needs to be addressed.
