When we come to Orlando, we always stay at The Ritz. The property is absolutely beautiful, the service is top notch, the rooms are updated and quite roomy, and the restaurants are great!
On our drive from Tampa, we called the hotel to reserve a poolside cabana. Ann answered the phone and was absolutely delightful! She actually called us back and told us she was upgrading us to a one bedroom suite! Unbenounced to Ann, it was our anniversary weekend, so this was a nice unexpected surprise!
Kudos to Matt in valet, he took good care of us and went above and beyond.
Our poolside cabana day was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The service was spectacular, again the staff going above and beyond. Thank you, Chris and Nadia, for doing a phenomenal job! You made our anniversary extra special!
This hotel reminds us more of a resort than a hotel, plenty of amenities and activities to do on site. By the way, the spa here is always a must. Enjoy a facial and/or a massage, or get your hair and nails done at the salon. We visit this location frequently, and love it! It's close enough to Tampa, so we can sneak away for a weekend getaway without the chaos of traveling.
**Side note: we recognize a lot of the staff from when we started coming here years ago! To me that says a lot.
Rooms: The suite we stayed in was exceptionally roomy and recently renovated. It had 1 1/2 bathrooms, with both a shower and a tub in the full bathroom, and two nice balconies overlooking the pool and golf course.

The room were clean, very little noise from the hallways. Everything worked as expected. Plenty of resturnats within walking distance. The resturants attached to the building were really good.Would highly recommend this place. Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 More

Idyllic and peacefulI wished I would have remembered my camera near the water on the hammocks. So serene! Beautiful and meticulously-manicured courtyard; a perfect place for sunshine and a book!
