        First off the staff double charged our card and said that they would refund what they took out and never did. Second there was cracks in the tub absolutely no cable there was roaches in the room. The shuttle driver that goes to.universal studios lied to us about the time he was supposed to pick everyone up. He said 8:30 pm and then the hotel said 6pm after we had waited for an hour. We ended up walking back to the hotel. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! THANKS FOR RUINING MY BIRTHDAY WEEKEND QUALITY INN!!!
