        Their customer service is top notch. Every time I've ever called with questions they have always been able to help and with such a great attitude. I've never had such great service from an insurance company before. My first claim was also processed very quickly with a great turn around time. I even got a refund check in the mail.

        Barely any coverage whatsoever. When trying to contact customer service, the call drops or has an error 100% of the time. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

        I am fully convinced that AVmed shreds medical bills as they are mailed in so that they don't have to pay the doctors who provided services to their insured. AND they shred them over and over as they arrive until timely filing time comes so they can say they never received the claims and deny for timely filing. This is no coincidence and they should be reprimanded for stealing from the providers. We are definitely going to pursue this to make them accountable for their mishandling of health claims .
