Poor- I called up 30 days ago and nice guy said bring your tractor in, 1 month later when I arrive they tell me that they generally only work on these tractors if its been bought here, 1st guy never told me, no it gets better, says it will be weeks to repair, mechanic is away for 2 weeks, I feel in my opinion this poor, you don't have a back up? Sure a vacation is needed and desired but wouldn't a well oiled business have someone that can step in for even 1 week? Are you that short staffed? The whole experience was very poor, guy was apologetic in store but not empathic in that I dragged this to Robinson about 10 miles when I could have used someone closer, I don't think its the employee but the company, if they cant staff correctly would I think they will service my tractor right? Did I say poor?
