One of the worse 30 second encounters in my professional career (38). I walk Into the establishment and no one is at the counter so I say "hello"??? To make my presence known, and I hear a heavy sigh on the other side of the display wall, then I hear the familiar sound of a metal walker or cane of some sort slowly making it's way towards me, (we still can not see each other because of the display wall between us) until finally a short round aged individual eases around the bend, so I greet him with a "good afternoon, how are you"? And he just stares at me with a disapproving look on he's face, Then I repeated the statement/question and he blurts out in a disgusted fashion " WELL!?!?? WHAT DO YOU WANT!?!?!?!! I couldn't believe this man was speaking to a potential coustomer in such a way. So I politely replied " I don't like your attitude, have a nice day! Then turned around as I open the door to leave this sad establishment and corrected my statement and said "no, have a bad day". Whomever this was he needs to be immediately fired or if the business is his, he needs to sell and retire, for he is of no real use to the business or the profession, I will give this man and that business -10 stars but most of all I will repeat this encounter to anyone I know who's looking for a locksmith. sir, you in one fell swoop lost my business and the business of others with your outlandish behavior.
