Had a great therapist. However billing was horrible. I have threads and threads of emails asking them to cancel a recurring membership fee which I was not informed would be charged. I tried to resolve the issue with billing who was not willing to refund those fees even though I made numerous calls and e-mail requests asking to cancel the fee that I did not want. They did not tell me this was required to be seen. They have continued to charge my card. Do not trust this company! I am a healthcare provider myself and this has been a horrible first time counseling experience due to the stress of billing.

Robert Fray has been a great help and deserves a 5 Star review. ThriveWorks billing and customer service is behind and disorganized but very nice. They eventually got everything in order and are improving.

Horrible experience and place for therapy! 1st, you have to pay 39 out of pocket dollars to begin with every month for a membership which is absurd. 2nd, a 99 dollar cancellation fee within 23 HOURS!!! I was at the hospital for chest pains and panic attack at 1 in the morning. Reached out to the therapist and stated she would still charge me!!! Ummm, how are you gonna cancel an appointment being at the hospital at 1am?! They dont open till 8 or 9?!?! Like did ya think I knew I was gonna end up at the hospital?! Dont even make sense to top off I called to cancel membership. The lady was beyond rude! I requested an email for my records of cancelation that I never received! Please take the time to read this before making a decision! Spare yourself!!! There are better therapists out there!!!
