Alex was a nice guy and service was great at first but things started to add up fast. He broke our 6 month old Jandy valve and charged us to replace it and for him to re-plumb the junction. He said he would clean the deck at every visit, that ended rather quickly. Debris from the vacuum and skimmer ended up in our rock bed, pots, and horseshoe pits. Pool pump was allowed to run for days at a time racking up the power bill. Pool filter frequently hit over 22 psi which means he rarely cleaned the filter.
On to his administrative service. Nothing is his fault and blamed us for everything. Even being late on payments that he never sent invoices for services he performed. He billed us $135 per month for 4 cleanings but only frequented the property 1 to 2 times during the winter months and never adjusted the invoice. His email has issues and blames... guess who, the customer. He is rude and needs some customer relationship assistance.
This is my experience with Cloudy Days Pool Service.
