Run run run fast as you can from Great Jones mgmt I was a tenant for 1 year. Due to poor mgmt I was forced to use a unsafe dryer plug in the laundry area. I placed multiple calls, emails for service on it but none were respected or replied too. I was eventually electrocuted and required medical attn of course. It took several weeks, proof of bills, emails and calls and beginning a personal injury and negligence suite against them and the owner before a replacement was made. I have moved out as 3/4/22 and have not heard anything in reference to my security deposit return of $1800 in the 2 weeks except it will take 30 days for a "move-in" team to review the property and then they will inform me of how much of my deposit will be returned. Also they say open till 5pm but if you call after 4pm they are closed also sending texts is very useless as responses are not relevant, over generalized or very late and still not helpful. Save your sanity,money and time and rent from another company, or local person whenever possible. Due to their lack of proper performance and professionalism on many levels I'm giving Great Jones mgmt 5 RED FLAGS and

Terrible. I don't think I need to go into much detail except that their communication stinks with tenants and landlord. Then they lie about issues.
I'm done. I'm contacting an attorney. They allowed water damage in my property to get worse and sent out a technician that didn't know what they were doing. Thousands of dollars.

Horrible experience with this company and I havent even been able to get a person on the phone in almost a month since I originally reached out.
At the end of December 2021, my fiancé and I saw a property and immediately fell in love with it. We joined the waitlist and as soon as it became available to view, we viewed it and applied that very same day. The next day, we checked our status on the background and it said Approval so we thought great! We just had to wait until Monday Jan 3rd to hear back. Nope. The day before, Sunday Jan 2nd I got an alert that the property we viewed was no longer available and shortly after I got an email that stated we were approved but the property was already leased out. This is where my problem lies. We paid an application fee (for the 2 of us) for a property that wasnt even available and when I inquired about when it was leased, radio silence. My fiancé and I just accepted defeat because apparently this company just doesnt reply. Fast forward to Monday January 17th and once again were searching for a home and we notice another property from Great Jones that we could view and we did that same day. We decided to apply bc our application was already on file and we wouldnt have to pay another 2 fees but I had to send an email stating that we wanted to apply because the site wouldnt accept a new application. Still didnt hear back from my emails or calls to this company and once again the property is now unlisted. Im at a complete lost, Im out money from application fees, and beyond frustrated. At this point Im not even convinced this company is legit. No communication whatsoever and based off the other reviews, my experience seems to be common amongst others. Id give zero stars if I could.
