Mike at Bright and Shiny takes pride and provides personal service in his work. He has done tile, carpet and furniture cleaning for my wife and I, and we are very pleased with the quality of work, great communication and fair prices he offers. Although we always set a time for our appointment, I ask for a call when he is about 15 to 20 minutes away. Mike calls as requested and arrives on time - every time! The furniture and carpet cleaning he has done for us was standard (no stains or problem areas) and the results were as expected. The tile cleaning was excellent, as the grout was very dirty before he started and looked like NEW when he was done. He would have sealed it too, but that's something I prefer to do myself. Don't hesitate to call Mike with your cleaning needs and expect the best when you do - Mike will deliver!
