Hotel was nice in the lobby but the rooms did not meet our expectations. Room was 78 degrees upon arrival, tried to call the front desk from our room for AC issue and the phone did not work. Shower in the room did not drain AT ALL. Moved to another room in which the AC still did not drop below 73 degrees. AC issues seem to be a reoccurring issue at this hotel.

The decor, proximity to parks and the shuttle service were the best attributes. However, what was not revealed (on the website or otherwise) was that the hotel is under renovation which resulted in construction mid morning through the afternoon. Furthermore, the air quality was poor. Both my daughter and I were sneezing and congested for the last 3 days and let's not mentioned there were issues with the a/c on multiple days (front desk indicated that there were many complaints). Lastly, I had to switch rooms on day 1 because the sofa bed was inoperable. In the first room the mattress was not comfy but in the second room the mattress was fine...so I guest the comfort level is inconsistent at best. There is definite potential here but they "ain't" there just yet. (BTW, there is no "spa" at the Resort & Spa...ijs)
