I absolutely love Booming Vacations. They have an excellent team and are super responsive. Have stayed in their homes at least 5 times now, cant wait for my next stay!

I would not recommend this company!! I purchased a property and they were the property management that was in place at the time. They don't communicate very well and do things as they see fit. They did not complete some of the required repairs before closing. I am out of state or I may have noticed these things. They changed accent wall colors without asking, hid broken chairs under the stair case (which the guest should have been billed for) and did not reimburse me so as I could replace them. It took over three weeks to get my keys from them. They never sent the required form to have the WiFi equipment changed into my name, which I signed and sent to them. When I gave notice, they removed the info inside the front door key pad so the master code could not be changed. They were billing me for the door lock, which I owned. They removed the sticker on the WiFi router so it could no longer be reprogramed. The cleaning was ok but could have been much better. Now lets talk about their pricing. All of the bookings that were set in place when I purchased were WAY below market value, even well below the list prices they had given to me. Well, they are on commission! Good luck if using them! Update: Well now we find out that they also turned the pool heater on once I gave notice (for over a month) and came back into the property and took all the towels before the new management could change the locks.
