I will not recommend this company or my real estate agent to a single person in the future. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Incompetent broker, Amy, working alongside an even more incompetent real estate agent, Kim Sunshine. I am not sure how either has the audacity to call themselves professionals. Amy was not only rude, but unprofessional and only returned one of my calls. I called the office asking to speak to the broker/owner Julie, who never returned my call at any point. Paid almost 5k to a real estate agent who was not only negligent and didn't have us (her clients) best interest in mind, she never walked a single property with us, and even more pitiful showed up to closing after we already signed the contract and were walking to the car. We lost out of several thousand dollars worth of structures that we thought we were purchasing. This is the fourth property I currently own, and must say I have never had a more horrible experience in my life working with a real estate agent and company in my life. When I asked for my real estate agents license number, Amy refused. Since it is public information, I obviously looked it up and will now be filing a formal complaint against Kim's license. Do yourself a huge favor and stay clear!
