Beach Bank

Teller at Bayou Blvd thought it was ok to send me back "Trash" at drive-through tube (a deposit envelope I gave her) because I was out of slips. We closed BIG accounts for that. Also, blonde Mngr down town who sits in lobby at desk is not right either. She's been there forever. She's useless for the bank, she didn't help us- she couldnt care less. Just nasty. She can easedrop well though. - My oppinion.

Progressive auto insurance just cut me a check for 1000.00$ due from their client rear-ending me in a publix parking lot. I know depositing this check in my bank (SunTrust) will result in a 5-7 day hold. So, hopefully I can bypass that & just cash it, being this check is payable thru PNC. If PNC try to charge me a fee to cash it, since I don't have an account there, they will, in turn, get a 1 star rating & I'll accept the hold and deposit it in my bank. Now, should they cash it free of charge, I'll leave a 4 star rating. However, in the event they cash it free of charge...& offer me a dumdum or two, without me having to ask, then, & only then, will they earn themselves a 5 star rating. To be continued .....

I am not a customer however I stopped to use their ATM. I personally think a fee of $4.50 is a bit excessive for an ATM fee. I understand I am not a member and don't mind paying a fee just think this one is high. You can go to an ATM at a Tom Thumb for $2.50. Lesson learned.
