      image Had appointment scheduled for my father. Is no easy task to get him out due to his mobility issues. I confirmed through text message my appointment so didn't think much more about them calling to confirm the appointment messages as I confirmed through text. They cancelled the appointment as they require verbal confirmation. Why send text then? I can't get calls during the day as I'm at work and they are closed when I get off.
