Sonic Drive-In

Please do not reply to this with contact information for Sonic higher ups because after my service today and reading the reviews my only option is to refuse a future visit. While waiting to hear from the order taker we were conversing in the vehicle, when I heard, "Sir, I can hear you" instead of a greeting with, "May I take your order?". I ordered a chicken slider with onion rings, with the chicken strips meal and burger. I was told onion rings were not available. We get home and open the meals to serve them. The chicken tenders meal had an onion ring in it. Horrible experience from start to finish. Good luck keeping the doors open with this poor service.

I put in an order through the app. We waited for over half an hour, as the drive thru continued to pull forward. We were patiently waiting and getting frustrated at the same time. Eventually Jasmine was supposed to be coming out to our car at stall 17. We were excited, assuming that they were extremely busy, but after a few minutes the screen timed out. I got out of my vehicle after about forty minutes and went to ask if our food was ready. Apparently, one of the people in the drive thru told me that they were only taking drive thru orders. This is after we were sitting and waiting for over forty minutes for our order. I went to the front and opened the door. I asked them about our order and Jasmine asked if I was Craig. She knew who I was. She knew that we had been waiting for quite awhile. She handed me the food and seemed very frustrated. It seemed that there were only two people (that I could see) working on the inside. The management at this location is obviously lacking and they need to take care of their customers. The food we received was cold and old. Its unfortunate and we wont be visiting here again anytime soon.
