Where do I start? My order was pushed back on 2 separate occasions making the date I actually got the dirt in my yard approximately 6-7 weeks after we agreed on a price and when I ordered the dirt. Nobody calls to communicate and they make empty promises on the timeline of when to expect your dirt. Once the dirt did finally arrive it was not a full truck. Make sure you check the truck that comes out to you as they shorted me about 10 yards in the first truckload. I received 2 loads of sandy fill and the second load is completely filled with roots, rocks and clay. Not to mention the delivery driver (subcontracted out) tried to fight me in my driveway when I refused the first load for not being filled up all the way. They are the cheapest in town for a reason. The owner could not even call me back to handle my problem and just texted me trying to figure out the best solution. DO NOT BUY SAND OR DIRT FROM THIS COMPANY if you appreciate your time because this company absolutely wasted mine.

I received some clean white dirt to grade my yard better than how the builder left it. It was a good process from calling to order it and delivery. I called back to get the same dirt but when the driver started dumping it, it was the red dirt. Why did they give me red dirt instead of the same dirt I got before? Maybe a miscommunication from office to driver. It was already dropped so I just said it’s dirt. Until the next day when I started moving it, I noticed it was not clean dirt. This dirt had twigs, paper, clumps of clay, concrete and big rocks. I was so frustrated because it took more time for me to pull out all the debris than to move it. I had four wheelbarrows of debris. A few months after the dirt was down I noticed that this dirt was definitely not clean as you can see in the two pictures that it has an oily substance in it. Basically they gave me toxic dirt to put in my yard. They should give me my money back for this!
