Rented a uhaul from here and was asked for a credit card. He was informed it was a debit (prepaid/reloadable), he said he would try and see if it would go through anyways. After attempting to run my card.....the owner informs me that it will not take, and that they are asking for 100 dollar deposit which I gave him in cash. He gives me receipt showing 100 dollar deposit. Take uhaual back after using......now owner is not around anywhere. Employee said he left early for the day and employee checks in truck. Employee gives me receipt showing 100 dollar deposit paid by credit card......what?. Informed employee that the boss was given 100 cash deposit because boss said card would not go through. Employee says card had deposit on it......what? Was told he could not refund my money because the boss is gone for the day and leaves no cash at business .....always keeps in pocket (shady). Was told by employee to come back next day and boss would refund money......returned next day......low and behold......no boss around......won't be in today......no cash at business......went back the following day and boss now claims he did not tell me card would not take.....said I did not give him 4 twenties a 10 and 2 fives for a hundred dollars and we t so far as to say he did not even rent me the I haul......what, have receipt in hand showing you did......hello ......in short.....just wanna let everyone know.......rip off artist......fsshonest business mam......... And extremely rude.........would not reccomend this place to an enemy

The man that assisted me was extremely rude. He treated me as below him and acted as if because I was a female and younger that I didnt know what I was talking about. This had been the worst experience Ive had with renting a U-Haul. I will absolutely never go back to this place and I will never refer this place to anyone. The inside has leaking roofs and it appears to be a building that should be condemned. The inside is disgusting and I get uncomfortable sitting anywhere wishing the building.
