Glad they went out of business. They charged me twice fir same thing after I complained how the flowers received did not look anything like what I ordered for almost $90

Went there 2 years in a row the first year they gave me something I did not ask for but it still looked fine so I took it this year they gave my flowers to someone else and rushed to make my order right then and there which led to simple plain flowers they need to stop taking orders from people last minute if they can't handle it and communicate with customers and let us know what's going on

I always read review because I was press for time I didn't. This place is horrible I placed on online order with them Sunday to be delivered yesterday, I kept calling no answer so I had to go too them when I got there and asking about my order it was supposed to be delivered btwn 3pm-5pm they looking surprised. I stood there for almost 10min before they found my order then ask could i wait for but wait what huh what u mean wait for it. I paid for it to be delivered called my sister this morning order never came through. I will be disputing this transaction. This place is like catfish website look good but going to place if business says it all. Save yourself the trouble don't bother with this place. This is the second time I used them both time horrible no third try.
