Donna and her team were fabulous with helping me find and buy my first home! They were supportive every step of the way, and helped answer any questions I had and walked me through the entire process. Donna was also very sweet and understanding with my fears or anxiety, and I cannot recommend her and her team enough. I felt supported, informed, and encouraged every step of the way. Wonderful experience: We worked with Donna by having her set up a filtered list of homes to send us daily. By the time I was able to get back to Florida I had a list of potential homes. Donna vetted the list, planned out a visit route and off we went. She was excellent at pointing out things I needed to understand about homes in Florida versus Ohio. There were a couple of places that we entered, I said we didn't need to continue, and we left. The places I really liked she pointed out pros and cons to help me understand what to pay attention to. Given the complexity of coordination, education needed as new Florida buyers, and lack of local knowledge we could not have had a better partner than Donna. I hope to never have to move again, but if I do and it is local, I will absolutely work with Donna again.

Be careful of this realtor, she typically fails to disclose. All I can say is buyer beware. Survived the Hurricane. In my opinin, She will ruin your HOA, just to make a buck.
