Whispering Pines Dental

Dr Wilber was excellent. We are sad that she quit. I am sure the new dentist is excellent as well but would have appreciated her office telling me that Whispering Pines is no longer a provider for my insurance (Met Life). I should have asked. My fault. I feel that something should have been said though. Update: Problem all fixed. The new dentist's paperwork had not been approved by Met Life yet. They did not charge for the work done last week and all is well now. That will teach me to always check though. Thank you Whispering PInes Dental. You area still the best!!!!

Came here based on the positive reviews. First, when I first came to Whispering Pines between my cleaning and the follow-up appointment their main dentist apparently left. I was notified a day before my follow-up appointment so I had no other option. The "backup" dentist was good though. My poor review is based on this - I am scheduled for my 6 mo cleaning in two weeks. Today is June 9th, they called to inform me today that they are no longer accepting Delta Dental Insurance as of 6/1 and hey, can we also re-schedule your cleaning? Why are you just informing me of this now? Why would you not proactively contact all your patients the minute you realized you're no longer accepting that particular insurance? This now forces me to find a new dentist where there will surely be months of waiting to get into a simple cleaning. Thanks, Whispering Pines. Terrible business etiquette and customer service.

Called Whispering Pines Dental four months ago to lock in two appointments to take place today, March 10th, 2023 only to find out our appointments cancelled. Front desk claimed they left a text message and I never received a text message. Front Desk admin also mentioned they attempted to leave a voicemail, and I never received a voicemail. She then mentioned the appointments were cancelled because the dentist assigned to us no longer works there. Decided to not reschedule based on poor follow up and mismanagement of potential clients. I do not recommend potential clients to Whispering Pine Dental.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Wilbur is great! We are so glad we switched to Whispering Pines.

I am terrified of the dentist. That being said I have a hard time finding a dentist that is patient and kind. Thank goodness I found this practice. EVERY staff member is super nice. Dr. Wilbur and her assistant Daishai are AMAZING!! I was so nervous and they took their time with me and made me feel at ease with conversation about things other than my teeth. I didn't just feel like a patient they made me feel like a friend. I have already recommended them to several people. Thank you Whispering Pines Dental!
