Really enjoyed myself but had a few issues like the lights it is supposed to be dark and there were lights on everywhere and the time frame was to short . The guides were really nice

My daughter and I really enjoyed the history portion of the tour. Once it was time to investigate it was a little difficult. We were not given any additional equipment to try and find the spirits other than the small things we received at the beginning. We also didnt have any idea where we were in the castle to know which spirit we should be expecting to interact with. More guidance and a much longer amount of time to investigate would be beneficial.

our group had a great time, Ashton was very entertaining and informative, and we can definitely say our experience was authentic as we caught many orbs and energy steaks in photos, and after being picked on through the voice box i even left with a dark bruise with three scratches, will for sure be returning

I never have done anything like this but always wanted to. Went with my friends and took my daughter. My daughter was all for it until our guides started talking about the experiences people had. She then started freaking out! Wanting to leave and crying. One of our tour guides Pablo came and told her everything will be okay! He was AMAZING with her. He gave her a lantern so it wouldnt be so dark and kept letting her know all was going to be okay. She ended up calming down and enjoying the tour. Before we left she asked Pablo if we could contact The little girl we sat on the floor and he was talking to her and we think she actually came! I think if it wasnt for Pablo we probably wouldve had to leave. Thank you so so much Pablo! You were awesome!!

We had a great time talking with Lenny in the circus room using the flashlight (he makes it turn off or on to answer yes/no questions). Actually made me a bit less scared of ghosts and the metaphysical. At least until my sister and I entered the cat room and both felt like our brains were on fire. I got dizzy and almost passed out. Our bfs didnt feel anything and were fine (we all walked in at the same time). We simply could not stay in that room. Steve is a bit enamored with himself and gave us all a laugh. My only wish is that we had a few more minutes to have explored the other rooms. Keep your mind open and youll have a good time. Owner/manager: please tell Lenny thanks again for speaking with us on the tour.
