Mr & Mrs Tallman are correct we were late on three occasions. Their job was scheduled to begin on a Fri.and to be completed on Saturday. This was providing there was no type of prep needed to correct any unevenness in their concrete. There was. This does added additional time due to the leveler needing to to dry. The men worked Sunday in order to complete their job. The shoe molding that needed painting comes in primed white. Not painted. On the front of their contract it clearly states if needed any touch up or painting by others if needed. Our company unlike others we caulk the top, corners & brad nail holes. This is typically done by the painter. Our biggest mistake was trying to squeeze them in before their furniture was to be delivered. We were highly recommended to them by a neighbor. We did multiple areas over multiple weeks & always arriving within the time frame given. As stated by the Tallman they did call twice. Once on Saturday which I returned their call. Then again on Sunday. I did not return that call due to the profanity. But I did make the appropriate calls. Yes we were late three times. But the Tallmans from the time they entered our showroom they received a warm greeting, product knowledge, a timely estimate, expedited shipping, great price, quality product, expedited installation, a fantastic installation. We sincerely apologize for our late arrivals. We hope that all the other great things provided at least help offset that one short coming.
