Needed repair to a tile roof area over the garage that had leaked during heavy rain. Although a small leak, I knew over time it would damage the roof sheeting and could potentially become a larger problem. Looked up roofers in the Manatee 2021 Five Star Rated Home Service book and found a list of quality rated roofers. Got quotes and a detail of the work. I chose Florida Southern Roofing. They set a date and actually did the work sooner. The two repairmen had very hot conditions on the roof. From time to time I went on the roof to see what they found and how the job was progressing. They remove bad flashing and original seal material. They used quality material to reseal and finish the job before rains came that day. Jamie was simply amazing! Excellent, thorough work on a very difficult three story Spanish tile roof. Jamie and the other workman were really, really good. We are extremely happy with their work. Thank you !!
