It was hard to choose among different roofing companies, I was sold by the fact that Nick Zoller came to look at the job in person and that he was very knowledgeable and kept up to date with all the new materials and techniques. The workers were very professional and organized. I am very pleased with the finished product and feel happy that I know the roof is tied down properly and to code. I will feel safer staying in place when the next hurricane is coming our way. Service: Roof installation

I had a challenging flat roof on a mid-century modern house with a raised portion that has a hip roof which I wanted replaced with metal. I interviewed several Sarasota roofing companies and was most impressed with Zoller Roofing. Nick the owner, was extremely knowledgeable, understood my issues and concerns with a flat roof installation. They were also GAF certified which was a prerequisite for me. When they came in competitively priced I gave them the go ahead. The crew showed up on schedule and were very professional. They placed drop cloths on the ground during the tear-off and kept the job site neat. The new roof went on and the installers were very conscientious about their work.
