        Filled out online quote to get quote the exact same day! Filled out tons of personal questions including social security number, address, current policy number. Etc. Only to find out that they couldn't do an online quote and I have to contact an agent. After further reading reviews for FFB online. I don't know why anyone would use this insurance company!
