I've had a wonderful experience here at Millstream Cascade. The park view is fantastic and offers daily enjoyment. The staff diligently maintains cleanliness and organization throughout the apartment complex. Noise has never been an issue, thanks to the appropriate construction of the building. Any maintenance issues gets resolved quickly.I highly recommend Millstream at Cascade to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I had a fantastic experience touring this property. The staff, particularly Ganoudis, was incredibly helpful and provided informative insights throughout the tour. Their assistance made the decision-making process much easier. Highly recommended!

12/2/23 James handled everything and replaced the washer. As soon as he was involved, it was taken care of. Thank you very much.
This is what we have resorted to since we cant get Dalton, the property manager, to return any emails or phone calls. My daughter lives there and put a request in that her washing machine wasnt working on Oct. 19. It was not spinning and the water wasnt draining. They finally came on Oct 23. They said nothing was wrong with it. Then told her to do smaller loads. We looked up that model and you should be able to do a set of sheets and a towel. We sent and email to Dalton on Nov. 13 and then called him on Nov. 14. He said he would get back to us within 24 hrs. I emailed again on Nov. 15. It is Nov. 27 and we still have not heard from Dalton and nothing has been done about the washer. It now takes twice as long to do laundry since she has to do small loads so her clothes arent saturated with water. My husband called again today and left a message. Poor customer service, especially with what you pay for rent to live there.

After looking at every apartment complex in Tallahassee, this one looks the best and its an amazing value. Mr. Ganoudis was always super helpful and staff is awesome
