Used these guys for years and they were outstanding. Got divorced and changed my phone number. Sent my insurnaces to collections when my payment unknowingly was late. Never even emailed me to try to get ahold of me. Now my credit is destroyed.

Originally we started off with a different agent but the most recent screw up is Jeffrey Weaver. We seek these agents to handle the work for us and find us savings but Jeffrey cost me about $200 unnecessary dollars. Now, I am a real estate broker so I deal with insurance companies often. Never have I seen such neglect from an agent. Our home insurance renewal was coming up and Jeffrey asked for a Certificate of Completion for our new roof. We sent it over the very next day. June 25, 2021 to be exact. He never followed up, he never confirmed, he never said anything. We thought it was handled as that is HIS job!!!! After the 4th of July Holiday we got a letter from our mortgage company stating we did not have home insurance & they added it for us. Which we know is very expensive if you leave it up to them. We call Jeffrey...he said "the certificate we sent wasn't good enough, he needed more information".....At what point was Jeffrey going to communicate that with us?!?!? NOW, my old insurance company is charging me for lack of coverage and so is my mortgage company. All because JEFFREY WEAVER cannot communicate he needed more information that we would have gladly provided. DO NOT trust him with your insurance needs! He does not communicate & will cost YOU money in the long run!!!!!!!
