Just Google Morgan Exteriors Lawsuits and check out their BBB/Google complaints from both former employees and lied to customers, and you'll see why YOU SHOULD NEVER HIRE THIS SCAM BUSINESS for literally anything. They won't be in business much longer the way they treat people and we'll ALL be better off without these bullies ripping Tampa off for more than a decade now. THEY themselves do none of the work, but they rip off actual (and most times inexperienced) subcontractors who are the only thing keeping this travesty going. "Office manager" Susan is more than happy to ignore anything you say to hear her own tiny voice laugh at your complaint... literally. Then demand money from you for a job not begun, no accountability for their falsehoods portrayed by the salesman as well as the office staff (likely being bullied by their employeer/other employees) and their only goal is to get your money. Whether you receive anything you signed up for or not. Their company has NO COMMUNICATION within the business and don't even attempt to understand what their supposed to be doing, and it shows in every aspect of the job from canceled orders at the warehouse, repeat calls for the SAME issue (in our case asking about a job that they didn't know they had scheduled and then for another project to see how it went.... BEFORE IT WAS EVEN SCHEDULED!! And then they threaten to withhold scheduling the inspection until you pay for other projects (not involved with the required inspection) before they'll move forward. This company is a MESS and they are consistently declining in any smidge of professionalism they may have started with, seemingly proud of their accomplishments. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING ROBBED

Morgan replaced all the windows (27!!) and doors in our house and did a fabulous job. Curtis came out and presented what Morgan could do for us and bid the project. So glad we went with them! Today Curtis came out to give us an estimate for painting the exterior and was once again impressive in his knowledge, courtesy and professionalism. Our house will soon be completely transformed!

Morgan exteriors sales representative Fred Hyden was extremely informative, and helpful in finding our dream kitchen. We are extremely pleased with his time management and friendliness. We can't wait for the installment of our new kitchen. Very satisfied with the presentation and price!

This company is very rude. I made an appointment for an estimate to replace our shower. I was contacted by the scheduling department to confirm my appointment. Only then was I told that the person I live with also HAD to be at the appointment. I explained this doesn't make sense as I make the design decisions for the home and he did not be there. That is our personal business, along with him having a very demanding schedule it would be unrealistic for him to be a part of this. She would not listen and then told me their database is connected with the property appraisers website (this also seems intrusive but it was not explained to me why) I told her I am on the deed to my house. She then cut me off and went to the property appraisers website - as if I were lying, and then returned to tell me that both of our names are on the deed (as if I do not know who owns my house) and that he absolutely had to be there. I explained this did not make sense and I would have to go with another company. She told me that was great and to have a nice day and hung up on me. I found this entire experience extremely insulting and DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. I assume they must just be so successful they do not care to get new customers or small jobs. That is a huge red flag for any construction job. Good luck to anyone that uses them, you will need it.
