Very poor work environment, poor leadership from the top down. Drivers and forklift operators work long hours. Drivers work on average from 15 to 16 hour days, reporting to work on average from 2,3,4,5 am in the morning and getting off on average around 6,7,8 at night. very poor customer service to their customers many times not having the customers materials on the truck . Most times the trucks are not equipped with a Moffett to off load the materialsl. Leaving the customers trying to find a way to off load their own materials. Very, very high turn over rate on drivers, because of long hours and very poor Leadership. Drivers stay clear of this place

Don Williams is a very disgruntled ex-employee. Personally liked Don very much and was a very nice person. Unfortunately, he does not mention that he was the only driver that worked those hours on a daily basis. And, unfortunate for us, he always came back with approximately half his load, putting our relationship with our customers in jeopardy. He also seems to forget the fact that on his first day he rear ended a lady. We stuck with him. Couple months after, he drug a huge concrete Jersey barrier several hundred feet and smashed it into a power pole which knocked out the power to the entire project. We stuck with him. He was also caught sitting in the truck, by his supervisor, on a jobsite doing whatever on his phone, when in fact, he should have been out of the truck unloading for our customer. We stuck with him. My suggestion is that someone should never throw stones at a glass house when they live in one their self! Don, I wish you nothing but the best and would appreciate it if you would please get all your facts straight before slandering my company ever again. I assure you my facts are correct!
