I definitely dont recommend! Im currently having a very difficult time with Watersides East Venice Ave office. I told them about issues Im having with a type of mouthguard they talked me into buying. It was very expensive & I have had constant problems with it. It is too bulky so I have to keep my head in only certain positions at night so my bite aligns with it. Mainly thats hard to do & sleep well so I have been having trouble sleeping, wake with headaches and have chipped at least two teeth from it. I told the dentist office and they told me they would provide me a replacement for free and try to make the new one less bulky. I was very happy about that & was pleased they were willing to make it better. However, since that appointment they continue to bump my scheduled appointments multiple times now with excuses like they dont have the staff scheduled at that time who would be needed for such an appointment as mine. They are the ones who scheduled me for times they didnt have staff scheduled so it seems to me they are just bumping my appointments possibly in hope that Ill get fed up and go away and they wont have to keep their WORD to replace my very bulky & problematic mouthguard. Im willing to revise this review if they keep their word & make this right. Previously from another dentist I had another type of mouthguard very streamlined like an invisalign style but Waterside told me those arent as good. I had that thin kind for over a decade and never had problems with using it and they were much less expensive.

We thought Dr. G was great. She's gone to a different practice. They have new staff here. This time, the hygienist was quick. 18 minute visit. She forgot to check under my tongue. The new DDS didn't even check my teeth or stop in to introduce self. I hope they only bill my insurance for a cleaning and not a full visit. I am going to hunt for Dr. G's new office.

If you are smart, avoid this dentist. It was $150, For first visit. The Dentist never look at the in infected tooth that I was there for. Dentist kept wanting to poke a good tooth instead even after I told him three times and pointed at bad tooth. Then told it would be well over 2000, dollars, just to get tooth pulled, and then lowered price two times, as I just looked at him with complete disappointment. 2000 is a lot different than $200 to $500 like I was told over the phone before I made my appointment. They basically just robbed me of $150 bye deception.

Im am so overly thrilled with my experience today! The professionalism, the patience the over all Everything and Everyone! was Fantastic! Ive never had a better experience! My only dentist who has ever taken the time to make sure everything was perfect! I cant get over how sweet and patient they all were. (Im normally a basket case) You can tell they all love to be there and help people ! So refreshing and great music too! I literally cant wait for my next appointment!

I went here with my husband for an emergency visit. While the dentist was fine, every time I called to get some information absolutely no one would call back. The office staff was not courteous nor responsive!!
