I got 4 piercings back to back with Lou. He took his time, made sure that I liked the locations of the piercings beforehand and he was very informative on how to clean and take care of my piercings. He even gave me a sheet explaining how to do so and gave me his number incase I had any questions or concerns. It was quick, painless and accurate. He was very professional including the artist I met Roy Winter. They were both super cool and friendly. I will definitely be back for more piercings and tattoos with Lou and Roy. Thank you guys! We came in as a walk in appointment for piercings. We ended up with piercings and tattoos. Jesse and Lou were awesome! Super professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend!

Jesse was able to handle my situation with swiftness & was super professional! I refuse to return anywhere else to get work done! He even gave me information and an extensive after care sheet which I found SO HELPFUL! luvv blackmadonna!

Most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. Waited 1 hour for Jesse. When he said 1130 and we waited an hour and he didn't even bother to show up or give estimated time for arrival. The shop says opens at 12 and it's 12:45 and no one is there. If this is how they treat customers. No thanks. I would give 0 stars if I could.
