Jeff Andrews won us over at the visit for an estimate. He knows his stuff, answered all our questions, made suggestions we hadn't thought about, and matched a lower price we got from another contractor. In March 2018 I contracted this company to build a new wooden fence with three sets of gates; to lay pavers in entire back yard; and to build a brick fire pit and to install a drain for an outdoor shower. As soon as the work was completed, the owner immediately requested payment in full, not giving me time to ensure the work was satisfactory. Within days I called him with complaints that the gates were sagging and needed work on them. He laughed at me and told me that he had sold the company before he had taken my deposit and contract and now lived out of state! No one in their right mind would have hired a company that had just sold and was moving out of state. It turns out that he had sold it to his brother and opened a new branch of the same company in Georgia. After many months of trying to get some response I finally took him to court. The judge ruled in my favor (somewhat) and ordered Michael Andrews to pay most of what I was claiming. He did not approve the cost to pull up the pavers and cap off the sprinkler heads which the company had failed to do when laying pavers over them! I now have three gates which cannot be used, are seized in a sagging position and in turn pulling he fence down with their weight. I cannot use my sprinkler system as it bubbles up from beneath the pavers. Although the judgement was ordered in September 2019, Mr. Andrews has not paid and the court say they cannot help me. I am now being pestered by my HOA and threatened with fines for every day that my fence is in its current state and for dry patches on my lawn. I am so desperate. I do not know what to do. I spent almost $12,000 on this project and another $1,000 in court fees and I have made no head way. This man is a crook and neither he nor his brother should be in business.He told me that if I post bad reviews he will sue me for slander.

We love our paver walkway! Jeff and his crew was very professional and did amazing work. We were very pleased with the entire process. Will definitely contact Patriot again with future projects!
