11/27/20 UPDATE: THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. We have been treated badly a 2nd time which is our fault for believing it wouldn't happen again. We unexpectedly lost our dog Chloe on 11/19. We called and Dreamland picked her up and called the same day to confirm they had gotten her. We went online and selected the package we wanted and they charged us. And that was the last communication we received. On Mon 11/23 I tried to chat on their website several times and sent an email regarding our urn choice. No response from ANYONE. We called 11/24 and were told them the urn we wanted was in and she would be ready on 11/25 and we would be contacted. As of 11/27 we received NO phone call so we called into the answering service. The return phone call from Wes was less than acceptable. All we received was one excuse after another about the facility being short staffed for the holiday when OUR BABY DIED A WEEK AGO!! No info was given to us about when our baby would be ready Here's a clue Dreamland - when someone loses their baby you DONT drag out the services with NO communication and then offer one excuse after another instead of doing what they were PAID to do. **Wes is their Furbaby Advisor so if you have an issue don't try to chat online with them DO NOT even think about using this service if you lose your furbaby anywhere close to a holiday because they take your money and go on vacation then offer nothing but excuses about when you can to get your baby. **This is the 2nd time Dreamland has treated us this way** What a horrible company. ‐---------' Jan 2019- The ONLY reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because of how great they were were the times we used them before. Not so this time. We have had NO communication from them whatsoever and only get info when we call them, and then they provide nothing definite. When you are heartbroken over the loss of your fur baby, you should deal only with a company that cares about taking care of your pet and Dreamland most certainly doesn't, at least not this time when it counted the most for us with the unexpected loss of our 16 yr old jack russell.

They took care of my sweet girl every step of the way. They were kind and genuine in their condolences. Everything turned out perfect and I couldn't have asked for a better care to be taken of my girl. Thank you guys!

I am very grateful for Dream Land and their ability to make the process seem effortless. Wade communicated with an amazing gentle and comforting voice. I felt that they cared from my Fergie and took great care of her. Thank you!
