Have a Onan 4000 on board generator on my RV and was not working properly. Spent a week or so trying to diagnose myself and even had another shop look at it....they thought they fixed it, but nope. Took it to the guys here and they were great. Manager worked with me on the price and their mechanics have a ton of experience. They could tell what the issue was just by listening to it. Fixed it first shot and got me on my way. Not the cheapest around, but fair and you get what you pay for. Thanks!

We started out on a 3 week trip and 2 days in to it our generator stopped working. It was an Onan 4000 just purchased and installed in March 2021. Because of it being new we did not think it was necessary to bring our portable one. It’s difficult to find a service department that can schedule you in in less than 2 weeks and we had a schedule we had to stick to. I knew we were having to be in Albany Georgia, so I called ahead expecting to get the same answer but figured I’d try anyway. Tom, the service manager, said to bring it in Monday when we got to Albany but couldn’t promise there would be time to fix it since we were only here a few days. Paul could probably diagnose an issue by sound and fix it with his eyes shut and Weston is just as knowledgeable. Weston showed us the issue, a bad spark plug, but it had to be ordered and wouldn’t arrive until Tuesday morning. He asked if we were spending the night here. I said somewhere in Albany. He told me we could stay at the service center! They had full electrical hook ups and water available so we could be comfortable. No one provides service like that! Tuesday morning we were back on the road by 11. This place is a rare find when it comes to service, professionalism, knowledge and hospitality. We live in Florida, about 5 1/2 hours away, but we would gladly make the trip to come to these guys. Also, we are still under warranty so Paul is filing all necessary paperwork to Cummins for us. We can’t say enough about how great these guys are!
