The staff was aware and accommodating to my disability. Dr. Tang remembered me and my brother from a month prior at the hospital and I thought that was impressive. He completed all the tasks my previous surgeon did not and did it with no problem. I'm thankful. Update 7/7/2022 The office is not diligent. I have called multiple times to ensure my neurosurgeon has sent over medical records for the office to review. I needed an answer regarding a few things and never get a response. I called once and a staff member answered the phone to triage me and only Googled my question. After, she Googles she says "well Google is saying mixed things so I'll ask". However, I was calling back to receive the answer because I had asked it two weeks prior and they never called back. I have been in there 3x and never have they been busy. Now I know there are things going on related to the hospital but if you leave staff to answer patient calls they should be knowledgeable. Professionalism and good health care is non existent

Total waste of my time and money. Doctor did not introduce himself and when he spoke I could barely understand him. He cared nothing about the pain Im experiencing. I was just a number with an insurance card.
