I can appreciate the fact that Dr. Harris is truly caring. He provided my daughter with exceptional service. She feels much better. His staff can be a bit rude though. The nurse was very snappy when telling me that my daughter was ready. I tried to talk to her to explain where I was, and she cut me off saying your daughter will be outside, then she hung up. Rude! I know when patients are put to sleep, you can't leave. My daughter wasn't put to sleep, and not one person mentioned I couldn't leave the premises. We were there from 7:50 A.M. until 11:45 A.M. before I decided to take my four year old to grab some food.

Appointment was at 2:30 and wasn’t seen until after 4:00. Paid the $150 consultation fee and was then hit with $950 for the procedure. Even though all the paperwork you fill out has insurance information they don’t accept it. Waste of time + money!

Drove 2 hours to be seen and called and made a appointment after getting their they told us we don't use insurance and wanted 150 up front and did know if they could help us not friendly at all
