J&J Enterprises were Absolutely terrible, called them multiple times even texted, not one return call, got hold of Roto Rooter, they came out the same day and solved all of my issues with great customer service

Terrible service do not use them!!!! Leak under sink paid 295.00. AFTER HE TOLD ME HE NEEDED TO REPLACE FAUCET I BOUGHT THE FAUCET 170.00 Sink still leaking GEORGE CAME BACK CHECK the leak a second time changed out a ring SINK STILL LEAKING.. now I have to call someone else. I hired this plumbing company to fix a small issue 3 months ago and it was done properly as the same leak occurred less than 3 months later. Then I call to have them come fix it again and when I made the appointment they never showed up. I called management and assured me they will come on a other day. And they never came. That was twice. Highly unprofessional company. I do not recommend. Find another company you will be better off. Service: Plumbing leak detection

I had to call multiple times to get through to scheduling a visit for my leak underneath my sink. Once George showed up, he was actually very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. However he discovered I needed a new sink faucet which I didnt have. I was told to go ahead & pay $250 that day which included the faucet replacement once I bought it so I obliged. I would like to mention, their office doesnt answer the phone so much that he couldnt initially take my card payment so I offered to have him follow me to the bank. I paid him & he instructed me to call his cell or the office to schedule for him to come back & replace the sink. I called what now has to be 20x. Eventually someone answered & I attempted to reschedule but they said George would call me. When he called he said hed come by the very next day. Its been days now & he has not come nor will they answer the phone.
Update: The plumber ended up calling back and coming back to finish the job. Once arriving to my home, he was fast and efficient. Services: Plumbing leak repair, Faucet installation
