        I switched from Verizon to T Mobile about a month ago. I have unlimited minutes and data on 2 phones as well as added 3 sync-up devices AND I am saving $40 per month. Everyone at this location I have dealt with is awesome! They have THE BEST customer service. They ALL have bent over backwards to accommodate me. They create a warm and friendly atmosphere at this store. I would recommend T-Mobile Albany to anyone and everyone.

        The manager here was very unprofessional and his employees was laughing as if things was funny. He didn’t want to release my phone that was sent as a replacement. This is the most disgusting thing I ever experienced.
