I had a wonderful experience today. I like going to a doctor's appointment and walking out feeling the way I did today 11/8/2022. I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist named Valerie who was kind and explained things to me and got my information and showed me where everything was at. My weight time was not even ten mins. I was called to a room. That is always a major plus in my book. My nurse was excellent. Her name was Shephanie I believe she was kind and very knowledgeable. She did not rush with any questions and listened to everything I had to say and did not interrupt. She made me feel like everything I had to say was highly and most important, she took all my medication in my big zipper bag and made sure she had them in her system. She explained all the questions she asked if I did not understand. She was gentle with the ultrasound thing she had to use on me to view my bladder and did not push hard at all. The practitioner I seen MS Stewart was also wonderful and very very knowledgeable and educated in everything she spoke about and explained. She asked me many questions and made sure to get as much information as she could in why I was there. I felt that she cared and that she wanted to help and she showed concern and she did not make me feel like any of my situation was anything I have done. I feel like coming here was a good decision and that she is going to be able to hopefully help the issue I am having and if she can not she and her team can lead me or guide me in the direction I need to go that can. She gave me some good information to start trying to help while under her care I am going to start going by and hope that it will help until they can run the test in December to look further and hopefully find out what is going on and I look forward in working with Ms. Stewart and her wonderful team. Let me also add one more thing about this doctor's office Not only is this office receptionist at the front window wonderful but at the checkout window as well. They have some wonderful ladies. My receptionist was Jody she was just as sweet and kind. She had to schedule me. However, I could sit and talk to her for hours. This next test requires a few things not going be pleasant and a little scary and going be done after Christmas. We cut up about it because we were going to do week of Christmas but I said NOOOOO!!!! let's do it after..... We just had a laugh for a few. We talked about my daughters and carried a conversation and just was very welcome and called her a little while ago to get some names and was just pleasant talking to her again. This office and this atmosphere and staff here are great so if you have been referred here this is a nice group of nurses and staff I have not met the doctor yet and will meet him on my next visit and will we repost again after that and I hope it is as pleasant as my visit was today. I hope so because today....today was great......

Dr.McGill and his whole staff is ABSOLUTELY wonderful and let's not forget Miss Cassandra Stewart you have a beautiful soul and a caring heart, Dr.McGill has been seeing me for about 8 months now and has done more for me than any other urologist I have seen in the past five years thank you from the bottom of my heart for really caring about my health for that much love is deserved to be sent your way.
