If I could give it something less than a one star I would. They do not stand behind their work or the warranty for the materials. The workmanship is sub-standard. I did not have roof leaks until they did my sliding. Then they said I need a roof. They replaced the roof and now I have a dozen leaks :-( Now I really need a roof. Do not use this company. They should be arrested for misleading customers. I had a beautiful house that now needs work because I have mold and water in between the walls

PROTECT YOURSELF if you use this company. DO NOT PAY UPFRONT. Make sure to get a list of all suppliers and get Final Lien Waivers from all to show proof of payment by DuraCraft. This company is owned by Anthony Mattina, who also ran Crist Roofing in Hiram, GA and has left multiple customers with Liens on their properties because of supplier bills not being paid by Crist although customers PAID IN FULL! Crist Roofing is now closed. PLEASE DO NOT FIND YOURSELVES IN THE SAME POSITION AS THE MULTIPLE FAMILIES IN VARIOUS COUNTIES (PAULDING, COBB, FLOYD, DOUGLAS, ETC) ARE IN RIGHT NOW.

I contacted DuraCraft in January 2017 because they were highly recommended for door and window replacement. Mike from sales came to my house on February 4, 2017, measured the doors/windows and provided me with a quote. The quote was reasonable and the sample windows seemed to be of good quality, so I signed the purchase agreement and paid a deposit of over $7,000. Two sets of French doors, 36 windows. Here I am almost two months later with no new windows/doors and no idea of the status of my order. A few responses to email messages to Mike from sales resulted in a reply that "your door will be ready next week"... No mention of the rest of my order. Friday, March 24 I received a message from Donna at the company, telling me that Mike no longer works there. She said the President, Anthony Mattina, told her that, "my door will be in next week".. I asked, What about the other door and the 36 windows? No response as of yet. Donna provided me with Mr. Mattina's email and phone number. I've emailed he and Donna twice.. No response yet.. I called Mr. Mattina's number - his voicemail is not set up so I wasn't able to leave a message. I called Donna's number - an answering service said they are taking calls for the office.. I left my name/number AGAIN.. Still waiting to hear from someone at DuraCraft. Apparently they don't need the $23,000 that my purchase order is for... but they have my deposit.. Lucky them, unlucky me. Don't be unlucky too - stay away from DuraCraft.
