        By far, the most mismanaged storage facility in Athens. Online representatives are essentially useless, the layout of the facility makes no sense, and some of the units arent even on the map. They will tell you youre getting the equivalent of a hall closet but it ends up being more like a locker. The customer service is slow and rather inaccessible, and the property manager (as sweet and helpful as she was) was heavily limited in ways shes allowed to help because of dumb corporate rules. I would recommend storing your stuff in a storm drain before I recommend this place to anyone.

        Booking was easy with the virtual assignment - even with some minor booking details they took care of me and got me into the unit I wanted. Very clean plus everything gated. A+ experience so far.

        The storage facility is nice and clean. Easy to access. The customer service isn't bad if you're able to get to someone. No one is onsite to deal with face to face. It is a large video conference screen and a tablet with a virtual manager. Phone support is difficult because you have to leave a voicemail and wait for a return phone call. Make sure you take the time to read the multi-page, small print rental agreement. They do not let you know any real information during the rental phase. It would be so much more helpful if they had people working on-site to ask questions or deal with than someone in a remote location over a video screen standing in their lobby. The facility itself is very nice and conveniently located. The inability to give it 5 stars is for the awkwardness/frustration of dealing with the Virtual Manager setup.
