        Hours on hold on phone with customer service, only to get a person who can't answer my question. Get transferred to another dept, wait for hours on hold, to get a person who can answer my questions. Then repeat. They are not bad people, just incompetent and not setup to provide good customer service. Nobody knows what is going on and there is no way to get to somebody in charge or who to speak to.I will never bank here again

        I went to the bank to do a wire transfer and the manager was treating me like a criminal and telling me they would have to continue verifying my information even after I gave him 2 forms of ID . Therefore , i Will not be going back to this branch . Terrible customer service

        I was looking to get notary done for my son's pre school docs. Called the bank and talked to banker EBONY BATTLE. She was very polite, professional and helpful. Amazing customer service. Everything was done in less than 5 mins. Thanks a lot EBONY BATTLE for all your help.
